What does our recruitment process look like?
1. Recruiter Screen

2. Tech Interview with our QA Team
In this meeting your potential future teammates will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.
This step will take around 75 mins.
3. Final Interview
You made it to the very last stage! Here we already strive to cooperate with you and give you an opportunity to meet our leadership team during this informal talk. This step will take around 30 mins.

Role Description
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic QA Automation Engineer with a keen interest in current technology and engineering. You’ll work independently, while also collaborating with our team of professionals to help execute manual tests and/or develop automated tests based on a set of technical requirements.
We believe small, multi-disciplinary teams are most effective in delivering complex change. As such, we are looking for someone with a collaborative mindset who is happy to be flexible and take on different responsibilities over the lifetime of our projects.
Job requirements
This role will suit a QA Automation Engineer with at least five years’ experience in both manual testing and test automation. Skills and experience must include:
- Experience in manual and automation testing of web and mobile applications
- Demonstrating adaptability by participating in diverse projects that involve manual testing and/or test automation
- Hands-on experience using JavaScript + cypress.io/Playwright and/or C#/Java + Selenium
- REST API testing
- Ability to work with Zephyr
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases
- Ability to develop test plans, estimate test execution duration, and document test results
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Analytical thinking, allowing to improve the testing process, manage logged issues, but also find the root cause of problems and support the development team
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English (working directly with UK/US-based clients)
- Understanding of continuous integration
