In this meeting your potential future teammate will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.

This step will take around 60 mins.

3. Tech 2 Interview with our tech leads

In this meeting your potential future teammate will take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.

This step will take around 90 mins.

4. Final Interview

You made it to the very last stage! Here we already strive to cooperate with you and give you an opportunity to meet our leadership team during this informal talk. This step will take around 30 mins.

Role Description
We are in search of an individual capable of spearheading interactions with our clients. This position entails serving as the primary contact with the accountability for delivery, fostering client relationships, and supervising the team responsible for the tasks. The responsibilities also include technical leadership, getting your hands dirty with code, and effective stakeholder management through close collaboration with clients. Throughout the engagement, the role requires working closely with the client's internal staff and product teams, serving as their strategic delivery partner and trusted advisor.

We believe small, multi-disciplinary teams are most effective in delivering complex change of this nature. As such, this is a crucial role and will require flexibility and the ability to take on different responsibilities over the lifetime of the engagement.


Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Interaction with North American stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and business goals are understood (afternoon working hours will be mandatory: 1-9 PM Poland Time)
  • Being accountable for the design and delivery of the solutions
  • At least 50% hands-on coding in C#/.NET
  • Overseeing and mentoring development teams
  • Supporting the sales team with pre-sales activities mainly related to pre-sales architecture for potential clients


Job requirements

Role requirements - technical skills and experience

This position is well-suited for a seasoned Technical Lead with a background in leading client-facing engagements.

Must-have requirements:

  • Expert in C#/.NET
  • Experience in cloud technologies (Azure or AWS)
  • Experience in microservices architecture
  • Extensive experience in designing and building custom medium/large and/or enterprise applications for external clients
  • Development methodologies: Experienced with agile working and test-driven development
  • Domain-Driven Design: Experience in defining bounded contexts and subdomains, and use of aggregate roots and domain events
  • Afternoon working hours will be required: 1-9 PM Poland Time (with some flexibility)

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Experience in MongoDB
  • Experience in modern frontend technologies
  • Experience using JIRA for backlog and work management
  • Experience in building mobile solutions
